KazuyaSasa's #1 team in Final Fantasy XIII - No contest!

Just a quick random tutorial on how to create a ダッシューズ (Dasshuzu / Dash Shoes) in Final Fantasy XIII

Also after I uploaded the video I realized that I kept on misspelling ダッシューズ as ダシュッーズ in the video… lol … (T_T) so annoying!

This video is indeed random, because there’s absolutely no reason to it, but since I hadn’t recorded any Final Fantasy XIII footage so far and I just beat the game, I thought I might as well. My YouTube channel channel has also been rather dead for the duration I’ve been playing Final Fantasy XIII so here goes.

First of all I highly recommend doing this after finishing the game. Final Fantasy XIII is one of the easiest RPG’s I’ve ever played as far as the main plot is concerned, so you really shouldn’t need to worry about anything before you go post game.

“Alright KazuyaSasa, what is this ダッシューズ you’re talking about?” Well in short it’s just an Auto Haste accessory. I don’t know why but auto haste is always thing I want the most in Final Fantasy games. Even in Final Fantasy tactics back 12 years ago, I loved Excalibur, nevermind Chaos Blade if you can attack three times before the enemy gets a turn again loll. But anyway, so yes, I wanted auto haste in Final Fantasy XIII and at ff13.in I did my research on how to get this.

Pick your favorite team, in my case that’s ライトニング (Lightning), ヴァニラ (Vanille) & ファング (Fang) – but you can pick whoever you want, it really doesn’t matter. Now buy four of the cheapest accssories (or four in multiples of four depending on how many ダッシューズ you want). AFTER you’ve bought these, go to mission 7 on Gran Pulse (グランパルス) and keep doing that mission until you either get テトラチアラ (Tetra Tiara) or テトラクラウン (Tetra Crown). Both of these items as far as I am aware can be dug up via your Chocobo too. As you know drops in Final Fantasy XIII, especially the ones you want, can be rather tedious to get – so please be patient. Keep on doing mission 7 until you get either of these two items (in the video I concentrated on テトラチアラ (Tetra Tiara), as it’s more efficient in terms of gill loll).

Once you have either of these items, go back to the save point and open up the remodelling workshop. Now level up the テトラチアラ (Tetra Tiara) to star level (it’s just one level). Then go into dissemble and dissemble the four cheap accessories you bought earlier FIRST. It’s of absolute importance that you break these accessories FIRST before you touch the Tiara! Once you’ve done that, you can now go ahead and break your levelled Tiara. TADAH! You’re now a proud owner of a ダッシューズ which has the effect auto haste on it. :)

Watch the video below:

If you’re using the the テトラクラウン (Tetra Crown) instead, follow the same procedure, once you’ve broken the levelled crown you should have an item called エルメスの靴 (Hermes Shoes), level up this one to star level and then upgrade it via a 灰チタン石 (Perovskite) crystal. And TADAH! again you got a ダッシューズ、 quite frankly though, I like the Tiara method a lot better.

hey man i was wondering if you have a way of upgrading weapons faster. Im exactly at this mission and have the helter skelter and the eagleton. Can you help?

Hey quitenoobish, I wouldn’t bother upgrading weapons until you’ve maxed out your Crystarium to be honest. Once you get the growth egg (Mission 55 – you don’t have to do all 54 mission before that though), just keep on beating on the Ochu in the east. You need a Chocobo to get there (Mission 14). – Once your crystarium is maxed out you can beat Adamantaimai with ease over and over, upgrading your weapons will be a lot quicker then.

Hey thanks man i appreciate it. A summary of what ive been doing tho is basically fighting the mission 7 monster to keep gettin 99 bomb cores and using smooth hides to multiply the exp by 3. I honestly already maxed out my weapons which are the helter skelter, eagleton, and the feral pride before actually reading this. And my characters arent that much stronger. You suggest filling cyrstarium, even those roles i wouldnt use to actually get the full affect of the weapons?

and one more thing what missions are worth doing and and how to unlock them and how do you unlock mission 54? Sorry if im being much of a bother but i just want to beat the game like you

To unlock the mission 54, you just have to complete the 14. Just do the 14 first missions, it will unlock the chocobos and then, go to the 54 to get the growth egg. That’s what I just did ^^
