Shipping and Delivery

All items are being delivered free of charge as a standard option. Digital items have no other options of course. Physical items might have other options available in regards to shipping, please refer to the product description of that item.

We strive to have our codes delivered to you within 24 hours, between October and December 24th this can take up to 72h due to the huge demand.

Codes are being emailed to the address that PayPal payment has come in from. The e-mail will be sent from “name[at]shinohan[dot]com”. If you have not received the code within 72 hours, please check your spam folders; due to the nature of the emails it may very well be that some keyword in the mail has triggered your spam alert. To avoid this, we recommend that you add “*[at]shinohan[dot]com” to your list of safe senders.
